At the June meeting of the Redlands Mesa Grange, Jim Cazer stepped down as Grange Master after many years of service to the Grange. Members wish to thank him for his dedication to preserving the tradition of having a local grange on the mesa and his tirelessefforts at keeping things running smoothly.
Redlands Mesa Grange #487 is pleased to announce that Kay Adams has been selected as the new Grange Master and members look forward to working with her. Kay has been involved in Grange since she was a child and members are confident that she will bring some new ideas and new energy to our local Grange activities.
Grange members have had ongoing discussions regarding what upgrades could be madeat the Grange in order to facilitate more uses for the building and grounds. New ovenshave been purchased for the kitchen and, at the July meeting members decided to hold a
pasta night fundraiser with proceeds earmarked for new tables and table cloths.
In order to better communicate with both Grange Members and the community, a new
email address has been set up and both a website and Facebook page are under
construction. We are hopeful that more community members will join and become
involved in the Redlands Mesa Grange. It’s a great place to meet people, share our rural culture and support our local community. http://redlandsmesagrange.weebly.com/
